Our Speech Therapy Summer Intensive is a specialized program designed for children who are Gestalt Language Processors. This program focuses on understanding how your child naturally develops language through scripts, phrases, and meaningful interactions. By recognizing these language patterns, we can better support children in building functional and flexible communication skills.

The program begins with a targeted GLP assessment to identify your child’s current stage of language development and their unique speech and language patterns. This assessment helps guide the therapy process and allows our clinicians to tailor strategies that best support your child’s communication growth.

Children will participate in intensive speech therapy sessions designed to strengthen language development, support script use in meaningful ways, and encourage progress toward more flexible and spontaneous communication. Families will also have the opportunity to participate in a one-on-one consultation with our speech-language pathologist to review insights and discuss practical strategies that can be used at home.

At the end of the program, families will receive a comprehensive clinical report summarizing the assessment findings, therapy observations, and recommended next steps. This report helps guide continued support for your child’s communication development both in therapy and in everyday environments.
